I went there because I wanted a new experience. I booked an appointment to get my hair done. The lady that did my hair, she braided my hair too tight. I complained several times of the tightness. She told me not to worry, the pain will be cured by two days. I believed her.When I got home, I was in pain after I took Advil. I couldn’t sleep with the hair. I ended up getting sick because of the hair.When I took off the braids after two days, MY EDGES WERE GONE! The lady DESTROYED MY HAIR. I used to have even hair, but I no longer do because of her. I cried because she ruined my hair.I went back for a refund. The “boss” said that, the lady that did my hair is in Africa and I can’t get my money back. The “boss” could not sympathize with me, instead she laughed at my hair. The “boss” needs to improve on her customer service skills. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to have lemonade braids done.After choosing color the braider proceeded to braid my hair and after telling her twice that the braids were extremely tight she told me she couldn’t braid my hair and took the braids out(8 french braids),then she said I owed her $40 for her time,even though after braiding the first 2 braids she stopped for 20 minutes to go eat.She then said “Never come back”,and I promised I wouldn’t. I went to have lemonade braids done.After choosing color the braider proceeded to braid my hair and after telling her twice that the braids were extremely tight she told me she couldn’t braid my hair and took the braids out(8 french braids),then she said I owed her $40 for her time,even though after braiding the first 2 braids she stopped for 20 minutes to go eat.She then said “Never come back”,and I promised I wouldn’t. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my hair did on friday on the 24th for this first time I will most definitely be going back my appointment was at 9 o’clock when I got there the lady started on my hair asap and was done by 3pm fast , good customer service and I was very happy with my kinky twist I love them. I wish I knew the lady that did my hair I would give her a shout out. I also purchased my kinky twist hair with them too.
