I was a first time customer who came in with a photo of a short hair cut. After the young stylist explained what she would do with the length of my bangs, which I explained had to be kept long “no shorter than my eyebrows” she had cut them very short. I was vocally very disappointed and the stylist next to her, Lisa, had to step in and finish the cut. Experiences such as these are tricky because if I return to the salon, I would book an appointment with Lisa, who cuts next to the young stylist. That’s an uncomfortable spot to be in as a customer.
