Critical: Professionalism, QualitySadly, a terrible experience. Ashley told me that since I did not like my dull highlights or the condition of my hair after the highlights and trim that “my opinion means nothing to her” and that I am “not a happy person” …because I am not happy with my hair. I have never had such poor results after highlights and a trim and I’ve had my hair highlighted for many years. I also had few to no split ends before I went in and I now have a ton of split ends. I was confused as to how this could even happen and asked another stylist at a different salon who said that she must have used dull scissors! Ashley couldn’t even be bothered to do a conditioning or shine treatment when my hair felt dry after the highlights because she said she was “out of the product.” She did not offer anything but to sell me products and even later withdrew her offer saying she wasn’t going to do anything for me and to not text her again. I even called the co-owner Stormy to ask her if I could come in to see her for a second opinion. She told me no, she would not look at my hair because she knows that she would agree with Ashley. Sadly, a terrible experience. Ashley told me that since I did not like my dull highlights or the condition of my hair after the highlights and trim that “my opinion means nothing to her” and that I am “not a happy person” …because I am not happy with my hair.
