Very disappointed. The people are friendly, and the cut was fine, however the color is wrong, and the highlights were not close enough to my head. It has been 3 days and it looks close to a month. Never had this happen before at any salon. On top of that she never cleaned the red off my neck and had no idea it was there till my daughter got home from school and asked what was wrong with my neck. And the under color is supposed to be red instead it’s brown with a red tint when the light hits it. The brown is darker than my actual hair color.

I went to Iron Roots for a Haircut and let me tell you.. I really needed a good cut! I lost a lot of hair from COVID and other Health Issues and I had a previous haircut (unrelated to this salon) use a thinning scissors on my hair to blend layers. I was just so not feeling my hair. I showed Holly a photo of a Rachel haircut from friends and let me tell you she DELIVERED. I am so happy I actually called the salon to personally thank her for making me love my hair again.
