Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis is not your ordinary massage. I came to Liz wanting a relaxing massage. I had been to other MT and received nice massages in the past. When the massage started she asked me “do you have pain in your upper back?” Constantly I said. I had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia years ago and wondered if that’s why I’m in pain all the time. She then goes on to explain to me something that changed my life. She explained that part of my pain was being caused by my muscles and fascia being fused together. They are supposed to be completely free of each other and work in harmony with earth other. Her massage was more like a medicinal massage. We are hoping to Alleviate all or most of my constant pain I deal with daily. I didn’t know I was going to change my life that day but I think Liz knew right away things were going to be better for me. Also! I’ve suffered from migraines since I was 9 years old – haven’t had one since my first massage!! It is a work in progress but wanted you to know the Liz is here to help you have better tomorrows.
