I went their because of all the good reviews they have. They have been very very nice and welcoming. Their prices might be slightly higher, but 100% worth every penny. Every time I went to a different nail salon I received horrible treatment but at Iris, I loved the shoulder massage the give you and the hand scrub and massage. They don’t charge extra for shape unlike any other nail salon. Highly recommend this place. Definitely coming back!

I highly recommend Kara for mani/pedis, dip with tips, designs, gel! She’s fun to talk with and has a creative vision with designs. She helped me choose the best colors based on an outfit for an upcoming special event. She’s so sweet and professional. 11/10, ask for KARA!!!!!

Bella did such a great job with my nails! I couldn’t be happier! It was my first time getting design on my nails and I came in with different pictures and my colors I wanted. I was nervous it wouldn’t turn out as good as the pictures I had but she nailed it! Literally! Lol. I can’t wait to go back to her for all the holidays coming up!! Thank you Bella!!

I went to Christine, who I was warned wasn’t great with designs but could do basic designs. I told her to do what she wanted on my ring finger and thumb. She chose the design. She chose a design she couldn’t really do well which was the problem. I told her to do what she felt was best because I assumed she would have done what she was best at, but maybe that’s my fault. She showed me a design, I said yes, but she didn’t replicate it well.

Terrible experience. My wife got her nails done here. First they used acrylic gel instead of dipping powder despite my wife’s request for dipping powder. Then they botched the whole thing by doing dipping powder over acrylic. Then they promised it would last for 2 to 3 weeks. It didn’t even last one week.

Brought my daughter here for a gals outing and will definitely be coming back. Beautiful shop, exceptional hygiene, and even a shoulder massage with your pedi! Very relaxing and beautiful results on our nails. They recommend appointments (likely because they are so popular) but we were lucky to walk in and get pedis because there had been a cancellation.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few months now. I always had a good experience. That was until I decided to get a French Ombre manicure with dip powder and tips. After the tech applied a few coatings, I told her I didn’t like it. I wanted an Ombre look and had shown her a photo beforehand. She kept insisting that it would look better after she was done with everything. She shared with me that this was not her first time doing this and that she had never had any clients complain before. So, I kept quiet and trusted the process. Ultimately, I told her I did not like the finished product. Usually, they give you a massage, squeeze fresh lemon on your hands, and lotion it. However, after I stated that I was not too fond of it. The tech said that she would let the owner know who the guy that is usually at the front and answering the phone is. She said she would let him know and got up, told me that I was done, and walked away. When I got to the register, the owner told me the total, and then I asked him if the tech had spoken to him about my issue. I showed him the photo on my phone and told him I was not too fond of the finished product. Well, let’s say that didn’t go well; he started arguing with me and told me that it was not merchandise and then began flipping through his calendar book, sharing with me that the tech is one of his best when it comes to designs and that even though my nails looked nothing like the photo I had shown the tech who stated that she was able to achieve the same look had failed I was still expected to pay for my nails. He started getting very belligerent. He was insulting and told me, “Next time, don’t come here with any pictures of designs. I couldn’t believe it; I shared with him that I’d been a patron of his salon for a good while now, and never once had I ever had a complaint, and I didn’t particularly appreciate how he was speaking to me or conducting himself. He told me he did not care about that; that was the end. I refused to pay the total cost and agreed with him on the total. Which was half the cost for the messed-up nails; I will never revisit this salon. I have never experienced someone so rude, and from the owner at that. It was a terrible experience, and I would encourage anyone reading this to think twice about visiting a nail salon with incapable techs who can’t do simple nail designs.

I had a great experience! I came here to have my nails done for my wedding. I got a dip manicure with tips and design & a pedicure. I got gems on my nails. It was so relaxing and the work was great! It has now been almost 2 weeks and I only (today) lost one gem! She gave me great advice and guidance based on the reference pictures I showed her. Go to Lisa for a great manicure!
