I have been going to this nail salon for years. The owner and his workers are very efficient and provide excellent service. I never have to wait. He keeps his appointments all on time. my god- these guys were so RUDE!! They did a horrible job, I got a filling done and there is a long story about it. The owner, Mr. Lee he made me put these foil things on my fingers..it was burning my fingers a lot, I told him that it’s burning and he says, “keep it on” then I complained again and he said to take them off. I had to wait an hour for someone to take me since he was doing someone else’s nails. (This is after I took an appointment from them) About an hour later, this lady takes me to do my nails. I sit back and relax and she got mad at me for doing that..without any warning she starts hurting me when she was filing. Two of my fingers started bleeding..my hands started burning like crazy for a good 2 hours after that. When she started doing my gel she did a very bad not neat job. You can barely see the powder gel. The staff are extremely rude especially the male owner. This place is EXTREMELY expensive…you can probably get your nails done at a better place that is less expensive then them..

Extremely rude and unprofessional…as soon as I entered, without any greeting, I was told “I don’t have time” by the male owner. It was disgusting to be spoken to like that after not even being inside the salon for 10 seconds. Stay away from this place. I should’ve known better after reading the other reviews.

Best nail spa in Hicskville! The prices is unbeatable. They do a great job. I have been going here for past 2 years. They are very quick and try to accommodate walk ins. But its best if you schedule apt.

This place is horrible, the owner is very very rude and does not comunicate well enough. Soon i entered i clearly said this is my first time i need thik gel nail and the lady who was doing my nails she had square so i told her like that. But thik gel. All they said ok ok ok pick the color so i did. She shaped round and not well at all. Very unhappy, charged $30. He could have charged me $50 i dont care about money since it was my first time. The job they did, if this is a gel nail suppose to be i will never do it in nail salon i have done this so many times at home and a lot better result. All the reviews are true. Very bad service. Never going back.

Horrible HORRIBLE place. Firstly, they do NOT disinfect or clean their tools in ANY way. They reuse on every customer. Secondly, they’re rude , racist and super stingy with their products used ( like glitter, gel or anything extra requested). They play favorites and did a horrible job everytime I have went there. I use them as a completely last resort if nothing is open and I always leave unsatified. Very rude staff. Especially the male owner.

I mean how do u come to your customers and beg for a tip ??’ Tip is something you get when serivice is good , on top of that they try to charge 18 dollars for a simple color change when a gel manicure is 18 makes no sense at all , anyways place sucks
