Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had came in and gotten a set done, I wasn’t informed they use dip acrylic. They proceeded and asked if I wanted my nails cut shorter to which I replied that I did not. Two days after getting this set done a nail popped off with no force. I was upset since it should’ve lasted longer without any problems. I went in and asked if I could get it fixed, I explained I didn’t have the money to pay for a new nail and having my nail pop off as soon as it did should end in me getting a new nail, free of charge (with respect). They said they were booked and I could come in the next day . I came in the next day around 4pm. The original woman I spoke to wasn’t there so I’d explained my situation again and with no hesitation they sat me down. She had started my nail then Informed me it would cost $6, which I explained the woman the day before said I could get it done no charge. After she continued doing the nail and was visibly irritated. The nail ended up coming out two times bigger and thicker than the original set I got, I had told her and she said she had to do the nail thicker because the dip acrylic isn’t as strong with long nails, but no one ever informed me of that before, and the nail didn’t match as far of the other nails. The next day more nails began to pop off. It was a waste of $55. Too expensive for cheap dip acrylic and unprofessional staff.
