booked an appointment in advance, gave someone who worked there all the necessary information. Later i called to cancel as I had found a place that did what I was looking for and when I went to cancel a women picked up the phone and despite calling the right place, and chain, and putting my appointment in two hours prior, they had no recollection of it, told me I was confused, and kept trying to give me things I hadn’t asked for, and would not confirm i ever had an appointment let alone canceling it.

Girlfriend went in a little late and they agreed to do her nails because she had a work issue and missed her previous appointment elsewhere. Overpriced and absolutely terrible job. She came in crying already and after tipping them well over what should have been tipped, the guy there demanded even more money for her being about one minute late. Terrible service and terrible customer service, take your chances with literally anyone else. I would let my 11 year old cousin do nails before sending someone there

TERRIBLE and not worth it. Went in for a Gel manicure and Pedicure. They tried to do my gel manicure while I was in the pedicure chair so that they could shuffle me out quicker so they could make more money on the next customer. Pedicure and gel took about 25 mins altogether. My nails were even smudged at one point and the woman still continued without correcting them. They literally all peeled off within 3 days……biggest waste of $50 for a rushed job and is beyond poor quality.

TERRIBLE!!!! It was my first time going there. Also, I have a feeling they don’t have machines at the place to remove gel polish. EVERY NAIL PLACE IN THE WORLD SHOULD OWN MACHINES TO REMOVE GEL POLISH, AND DO ACRYLIC NAILS AS WELL!!! THIS DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE!!!
