Highly recommended!! The staff is absolutely amazing! I went in as a walk in and they were quick to get me in! Britt done an incredible job on my nails, she was super sweet and made sure I was happy with my nails before leaving. This is definitely my new favorite place to go to get my nails done! Clip lines underneath the nails. Didn’t look professional. Didn’t tell me that they do not do fill ins until after they did the nails. Girl was supposed to put words on the nails but forgot and couldn’t go back and do it. Very pricey. Cost is high for removing and redoing rather than fill in. Nice and clean shop doesn’t make the end product any better.

Went two weeks ago and the girl that did my nails did an amazing job with my gel mani pedi. I think her name was Game but I could be wrong. Went today and left disappointed. I asked for coffin nails and didn’t like how they came out. Two were crooked, too much of the tip was white, and honestly the shape was more square than coffin shaped. Paid 77 plus 15 tip. I will def give them another shot but will stick with the girl who did my nails the first time.

Clean, friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly (as far as I can tell). My wife, daughter and I came in for walk in pedicures and we were taken back fairly quickly, had great people working with all three of us and great conversations (which I typically don’t come across). All of our pedicures turned out great and even my daughter’s toes with her flip flop feet are still looking great!

We called today to make an appt for 3 people. We were never told they were short staffed and could not accommodate us. We arrived at 1:30 and waited and waited. My daughter ended up sitting for an hour with acetone on her fingers. She finally told them to take it off and now has chemical burns on the tips of her fingers. My pedicure was fine (except that it took us over 2 hours), but the polish kept running on my sisters pedicure by Tu because Tu kept putting the polish on so thick it would not dry. The manager was so rude and this is not the first time she has been unconcerned about customer service. We will not be back nor recommend this nail bar to anyone.

Got there at 4:50 for a regular polish change on toes and dip nails. Was told will be 45 minutes, then she said probably a lot less and no one after would go before me. Someone came in for a 5:30 appt then I was taken back to the feet area at 5:06. Others were taken back after me and all getting full pedicures. Eventually everyone was getting taken care of when all I needed was a quick polish change. I waited until 5:52 and when asked why I was getting up I said I was leaving. All that was said was there were appointments. (I sat there all that time, was never told sorry about the wait, not even offered a bottle of water. Felt like I didn’t even exist because no one even looked at me after I was taken back.) Went to my car, then went back in to state my problem when I saw someone walk up to the desk. I wasn’t loud, just stated what I stated above. Was given the option for someone to now take care of me. I told them no, I’ll just take my business elsewhere and make my review. Couldn’t tell you about their abilities, but not fond of the customer service.

Bad customer service!!!! I picked out a color and the lady gave me a different color than what i originally asked for. When I told her it was not the color I asked for, her attitude completely changed and said it would be an hour before she could fix it. Would not recommend. Acrylic nails, Dip powder

I went in on Sunday the 27th (on my birthday) and asked for a pedicure and full set of acrylics with tips. I got the iris pedicure with gel polish and the nail tech did not use cuticle softener on my toes so she ended up cutting my skin on two of my toes and she had finished the pedicure and I had to ask for the hot towel that was included in my service because she forgot. I had asked for French tips on my nails but instead of white I wanted blue because these were my baby shower nails. I also showed her an inspo picture (included below) and I was not expecting the exact same results just similar. If she was unable to do it then she should’ve told me. She started on my nails. There is layers and layers of powder that was not absorbed fully by the monomer. She had also cut my skin on 3 different nails. There was areas on the sides of my nails where there was no acrylic whatsoever. My nails were so thick and uneven and because of that she had to use a basic coat and it was way too light. I felt so bad for crying and making a scene. I’m not a confrontational person at all and I told her that I’m sorry I’m really sensitive right now because of the hormones but I really don’t like how my nails are turning out. Im 8 months pregnant btw. I went to the bathroom to calm down and I told her I just want them all blue and with gems on the ring finger. I paid $117 not including tip because I still tipped. I don’t know why. There’s a lot of I should’ve done this or that but I was so tired and upset I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. It’s obvious with the giant wall of dip powder that that’s what they specialize in so I wouldn’t go unless that’s what you’re looking for.
