Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was very hesitant to go back to a nail salon so soon after they reopened, but I felt so comfortable here. They take your temperature immediately upon walking into the salon and have you use hand sanitizer. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOne of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. I typically always go to Belle Palace however today I was running behind and needed a quick fill. My nails are left looking gross, hard wax surrounding them and spots missing where the gel polish was supposed to be. After the nails done, without asking, the man doing my nails decided to give me a back massage. It startled me as he never asked and assumed it was okay. One of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. I typically always go to Belle Palace however today I was running behind and needed a quick fill. My nails are left looking gross, hard wax surrounding them and spots missing where the gel polish was supposed to be.
