I love this place. My husband is so picky with my hair color but he sure did love this one. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to know what color works best for you. Expect great customer service from them. They want to make sure you are happy with what you are getting done. I love it. Thank you, sooooo so much for the great work and how good you all take care of my hair. Which that means a lot for us ladies.

SHE did am amazing job but my brown to blonde came out beautiful , but my hair was lift dry and damaged … EDITED 6months later … after 24hrs my hair started falling out and not a little full hand fills from the bleach she used or how long it was lift on she lift my beautiful long hair in such a mess I am now getting new growth but my thick beautiful hair is still very thin and brittle and I am doing everything I can to save my hair I will never use this woman again photos 1st one was befor she did my hair 2nd after she did my hair 3rd 6 months later

I came in just to be with her, ended up getting more done than her. To start got a pedicure with Carmen and trust me had not had one in a LOOOOONG time, no fuzz or faces but lovely conversation and smile the entire time. Ms. Iris did my hair and Ms. Vicky finished it off with curls! Both truly nice and genuine. Came out a different person! (Totally love the new me!) From the moment you arrive you will be greeted with a smile and everything is explained. They will not take your money just because, they will let you know what the best is even if it is the less expensive of the choices. I had been here with my mom since I was little but the experience is always the same, no matter how long it’s been since you don’t come in. I regret not coming in before, I can truly see why my mom does not choose another salon. You will love it! And I’m sure if you have any concerns they will address it on the spot. My mom came in for a brow tattoo with Ms. Iris … looks amazing! Has been coming here for years, never disappoints. I came in just to be with her, ended up getting more done than her. To start got a pedicure with Carmen and trust me had not had one in a LOOOOONG time, no fuzz or faces but lovely conversation and smile the entire time. when I walked in on my lunch break she said that I needed to make an appointment so that was fine and I went ahead and told her if she can put me down for 5 o’clock and she said that was perfect and for me to come back so I got there and she was doing somebody else’s hair and clearly saw me and didn’t acknowledge me and say I’ll be with you in just a minute or how long or anything so I thought there for about 30 minutes looking stupid. I thought it was going to be somebody I could continuously go to for my haircut but I guess not because the customer service wasn’t up to par. Acknowledge your customers.

I went in and asked for a trim. I wanted to get rid of some split ends. I told the lady I only wanted 1-½ to 2 inches trimmed off. She cut off 4 INCHES. She also put a cream on it before she cut and then at the end put oil on it. So much I had to wash my hair when I got home. After blowing drying, I took a closer look and the sides weren’t even. WTH!!!! Don’t wasted your money. If you do go, make them show proof with their drivers license and their license from the state.

I went to go get bangs and gave clear instructions on how I wanted them to look. I even had a picture on my phone left out the whole time for reference. I ended up with bangs way above my eyebrows and cut wide to my temples. On top of that they are uneven. Now I have to wear a hat everyday until they grow out. The lady made excuses that it is because of how my hair is, but I’ve gotten bangs from other places before and never had a problem.
