I wanted to love this salon…. These are my nails with dip powder 1 week later. I had an appointment with a nail stylist who is GREAT, however, the last 3 appointments they disregarded my request for her & gave me someone else who RUSHED through my nails… this was the outcome. I asked for my cuticles to be trimmed as well and they started to talk to one another & ignored my ask.

Came few weeks ago did my nails with Hannah. Because I like how she did my nails came back . Booked my appointment ahead of time with Hannah for today. Came in and someone else is taking care me. I asked why Hannah is not doing my nails, tech explained they take turns. What is the point of customer choosing whith who they will be doing any types of services if the customer will be taking care by whoever is available. Out of courtesy customer should know that the tech they booked the appointment with is not available. It is the customer choice not the Salon. Was treated with an ATTITUDE because I voice my concern about my appointment being booked with Hannah. I asked the tech her name of course for my review but she refuse as she was mad due me wanted to do my nails with Hannah. Customer service goes along way!!! Communication is KEY.

Save yourself the energy and don’t go. My friend and I had an appointment but couldn’t make it last minute because our car wouldn’t start. We called to cancel but discovered they would charge us. They said we could reschedule for another day to avoid getting charged. They moved the appointment but still charged us and were extremely rude.
