Andy did a fantastic job on my full set acrylic nails with gel polish. I showed him a picture of a complicated design and he replicated it perfectly! I returned for a fill with him and he was quick and the quality was amazing again! Everyone was extremely nice and the salon is clean. If you call for an appointment they give you a confirmation call which is great. I also received a gel pedicure from another technician that turned out perfectly!

Edit: I went yesterday and decided to try dip powder for the first time. I’m so happy with how it came out but was especially pleased with how patient (I changed my mind a few times) and gentle Lynn was with me. This was my first visit to this salon. I was looking for a new place with good service but still decent prices. I was immediately greeted upon entering. I got an amazing pedicure by a young lady. She was very detailed and the message she gave me melted my cares away. The young man did my nails was very professional and did a great job. Only thing to know is TIPS MUST BE IN CASH. So bring cash for the workers

Eyelashes are usually done by appointment so they were kind enough to accommodate me as a walk in. I am extremely happy with the results. Been a regular customer for a few years and recently it seems there is no management onsite. Staff keeps me waiting for every appointment I make, sometimes as long as 45minutes. Totally unacceptable if there is an appointment time. Further, the nail tech is regularly on her phone talking loudly and swearing and getting distracted with sharp tools in her hand. I have now had multiple issues and no one addresses them.

I went here the other day bc I was in Wellington and used to go here. I got a man who dipped my nails without even asking me, I wanted gel! I had to go back a few days later bc I couldn’t stand how they looked. I told him that I wanted gel nails and he argued with me for 5 mins why I should dip them instead. I finally said, I DONT DO DIPPED NAILS, PLEASE DO WHAT I AM ASKING FOR. He proceeded to do my nails and now they are chipping and look even worse. I always get gel nails and NEVER have a problem but this salon promotes dips and I feel he did a terrible job both times esp trying to push me to do what he wanted to do on my nails, not what I came in for. I will never come here, NEVER AGAIN

The inside has been very nicely redone and appears more bright and open than before. The pedicure massage chairs are comfortable. There are some staff who are warm and welcoming and some who seem that they couldn’t care less if they were working on a corpse. Skill and quality between individual employees varies widely from experienced to amateur and from being done with a basic pedicure in 50mins to being done with a basic manicure in 10mins. If you don’t want square nails, I would suggest either being very descriptive with what you want exactly, or trying somewhere else.

Visiting family and was told by one of them to check this place out. The salon is easy to find, clean and the staff is friendly. The woman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job and I would definitely reccomend this place to people. The prices were fair and the experience was pleasant.
