I’ve had several tattoo removal sessions here and am planning a few more to finish the removal completely. The staff here is great, the laser hurts like a mother&$@/ but that’s not their fault. I didn’t purchase the numbing but I will next time! The ink has definitely faded from the treatments so it works! The colors I have are black, purple and green. The black is gone, just need a few more sessions for the colors.

I had wanted to pierce my nose for years, so finally in May of 2021 I started looking for places locally to get it done. At the time my office was in Beachwood, so while I looked at other places in the area, they all gave off a totally different vibe than IOIO. The aesthetic is great, the staff are really knowledgeable, and the body jewelry is really high quality. My piercer was very experienced, and the process was not only very necessarily sanitary but also very comfortable because they talked me through the steps of getting pierced and the care process. The whole space feels very body positive and femme positive, where some tattoo shops are very masc dominant and not always very comfy to visit – IOIO is totally different. The waiting area is very aesthetically pleasing as well, with lots of products for sale for healthy skin, etc. The next time I get a tattoo I’m definitely going there, and I’ve recommended several friends to check them out, you should, too!

I went to IOIO for tattoo removal and I have to say This place is amazing! Back when tattoo removal lasers came out, I had previously went to a plastic surgeon for tattoo removal of another tattoo and that process was long and super expensive. I knew for any other tattoos I wouldn’t return to the plastic surgeon. When I discovered IOIO I immediately booked an appointment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the process. Dr. Kates makes you comfortable and answer all your questions. The removal process for my tattoo was right under 2 years (due to covid delays) but super affordable! I’m getting ready to start another tattoo removal. I highly recommend this business! You won’t be disappointed!

I just began the process of my second removal and as always, the staff there is extremely professional, welcoming, and personable. Physicians are operating the laser and have always answered any questions that have come up and have made me feel extremely comfortable during the procedure. I had two mini tattoos removed here. I need to go back for one more session (I stopped going for personal reasons) but even without attending my final recommended session, you would never know I had those tattoos unless I pointed them out! It was so quick and easy (but yes, painful). I would go for both mini tattoos (both outline tattoos about an inch or so in diameter) in one appointment and was in and out within 10 minutes! The woman who removed my tattoos took a picture at each appointment to regularly compare to the starting point! I would recommend this studio for laser tattoo removal!
