Very satisfied with the hair system, I was super excited about these hairs. For 20yr no hairs on my head and then all this hair, it is an amazing feeling. Wife and kids love it. (My friends don’t need to know lol it is super realistic, nobody can say you have this on your head no way, the front line is undeletable for an eye) The owner was very pleasant to work with, after cutting he came and check if everything looks good. Kelly the Hair stylist she was just amazing she took the time when she was styling the hairs and answer all the questions, she is very professional and talented hair stylist, she blends my bio hair with the system just perfectly.

I recently visited In Visions of CT in hopes of finding a solution to my recent hair loss. The staff was great, I was greeted warmly by the girls at the front desk and was offered a beverage before heading to a comfortable private room. The clinician Lew was great, he explained to me that the cool laser light therapy would be the best solution to my hair loss. I cant wait to start the laser and see results!

Started then switched during the program to another facility in Rocky Hill, CT that offers the same services specifically because I’ve zero tolerance for people in business who have anger issues. Worked with Jeff the main Rep who was very professional and courteous throughout however one woman who claimed to be one of the owners is not customer oriented with the anger issue mentioned and too uptight to be working with the public and shouldn’t be. Although very satisfied with the Hair Treatment program and would recommend Invisions, felt a responsibility to post my review. The owner Lou and his Daughter who worked the front desk most days were both always very pleasant and professional – A special thanks to Jeff, you were great !

Kicked me out after an hour because they had another customer and my hair system attachment looked so bad. They always take so long soaking the system in a cleaning agent so it is actually around 30 minutes of interaction/ cutting once every 4 weeks. I’m a nice guy so I didn’t say anything and accepted it saying to myself It’ll be better next time. I never felt more vulnerable and thrown out in my life. Don’t pay a monthly subscription for this place, you can order a hair system online thats better than theirs and pay a barber $20 to get it cut in for you and abit more to get it taken care of. I question who’s their hair system partner because their product is trash. No need for hundreds of dollars a month unless you don’t care.

My experience with Dr. Lew was extremely helpful. Discussing hair loss and the anxieties that come along with it are never easy, and for myself was especially emotionally challenging. But Dr. Lew was very kind to me and understanding about the issue being faced. The consultation was enlightening as to how hair follicles operate, the state of my own hair and the optimal way to take care of your hair in order to keep your scalp and growth in great condition. The consultation was thorough in not only discussing the state of my hair but also how I live. It was also great to discuss the many options of treatment and prevention from hair loss. I’ve been a client at Invisions since 2014 and have been happy with my results from laser therapy. One thing you have to keep in mind is its not an over night result, it is a year long commitment and it is possible to return with different life situations. Losing your hair as a woman, especially a young woman, has been a struggle, but the staff at Invisions has been incredibly supportive and flexible with my schedule.
