When we told the manager Kathy about that situation her answer was “if she did not like the color that is her problem” she was very rude and did not care about the unsatisfied cliente even when I asked her to be nice and give a solution to the problem she said again I do not care, if she does not like the color she has to pay again. Is not about the money is about how you handle an unhappy client!We are not coming never again to this place. Horrible experience at a nail salon! My friend came all the way to my side of town to get mani and pedi with me. My usual salon was booked, so decided to try this one. BIG MISTAKE. They were rude and wouldn’t let us get nails done together. That was the whole point of going-to talk and have girl time. Two people did my nails in between 2 other people’s services. I felt like they just wanted me done and out of their way. My friend didn’t end up getting her mani because instead of starting her nails, they took a walk in mani! We left out of shear shock. NEVER going back again! I’ve never NOT left a tip before, but I seriously didn’t have anybody to give a tip to!
