I tailor the session to what is going on with the client. Licensed since 1994 specializing in structurally corrective bodywork. I use a variety of techniques to do muscle alignment, postural balancing. It can be a deeply relaxing process, doing therapeutic massage to relax the muscles and gently applying corrective modalities. I believe in being kind to the body and being.
