I have thoroughly enjoyed every yoga class given by Nicole and Yesenia. The location is great with plenty of parking, the studio is calm and relaxing, the people there are all kind and genuine. You will get a good workout, I promise you. I have never felt better in my life. I’ve been a member since June 15 and come to just about every class I can get to that is suitable for me as a beginner in my late 50’s. Everyday, I feel muscles getting stronger that I didn’t know I had! I definitely recommend this yoga studio.

This was my second appointment for reflexology with Ashley, and it was as great as the first visit. I would highly recommend this treatment if you have never tried it. I take yoga here when I am in town. It is such a safe and accepting studio. The classes are so intimate and you really get to know other people without it feeling forced. None of the current teachers are weird at all (Michelle or Jamey). Be careful what yoga class you pick in this town since there are some that I would without a doubt say go beyond unprofessional.

BEWARE: if you are paying with insurance for your massage- check yourself. The receptionist called me and stated he verified my insurance and massage was covered. I called my insurance company and their records show he never called on the day he said he did, but three days after my massage. I have been going for massages thinking they were covered until I recently received a bill. Christopher the receptionist should be fired.
