I use combination of deep tissue, trigger point and reflexology to help alleviate stress, injuries, chronic pain, plantar fasciitis, sciatica and a host of other symptoms. I’ve worked in a clinical setting as well as a spa and I have evolved my practice to be the best of both worlds. The thoroughness of a medical/clinical massage with a comfortable spa touch.
