Yen has been my hairdresser for more than 10 years now, and I actually just carry her cards with me so when people ask where I get my hair done I can hand them one! She is great at her craft – I have curly hair and NEED a hairdresser that knows how to cut it, and she has been fighting off my gray for me for years now ! She is also very sweet and friendly. Great shop! Great experience! My whole family now sees her as well. Try this salon out- you won’t regret it!

The owner is definitely the best hair stylist in town. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The salon is super clean, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to fully understand what are your preferences and needs. I was running late for a wedding, she took me in at the last minute and transformed my hair into the most beautiful curls I never thought possible in the shortest time. A friend of mine recently recommended Intrigue to me, said he’d been going here for approx 10 years. So I made an appointment and tried them out. I was VERY impressed. So I convened my wife to try them out as well, which took some doing, she had been going to the same stylist for 25 years. She too was so impressed with the quality, quickness, friendliness, price and overall experience she as well as myself are definitely going to make Intrigue our new salon. Thought I’d try this place out, saw decent reviews. However, I was disappointed. They say they take walks-ins, but they really don’t. I went in at opening time and was turned away, told that there MAY be time for me in about 2 or 3 hours. I was just getting a simple hair cut, no hair dye. When in business, it’s not a good idea to turn away clients. Especially new ones. They could have at least guaranteed me a spot another day, but the must get good business they don’t care to turn people away. Worst part is I walked to this place and left without a hair cut!!! I even told them I didn’t have a car, but they didn’t seem to care. There were two clients being worked on when I walked in and 3 staff that do hair. So it wasn’t that busy to the point where I’d get turned away for a simple hair cut (my hairs short!). It’s too bad. I was hoping I’d like it so I can keep coming back.

She took her time, an ask me a few details on how I wanted my hair to look, an what style. Maria worked her magic! Maria took her years of experience, and her knowledge to give me a great styled hair cut. This is a 5 star Hair Salon!

Disappointed. Usually have great service and a nice haircut – but today, I was passed off to another “stylist”. She had a terrible attitude, was unfriendly and not very skilled. After a few minutes of her begrudgingly hacking my hair – she finally spoke – “it’s $14.” No “thank you”, no nothing. If you don’t like cutting hair, go work somewhere else! It’s unfortunate because until now – my last time there ever – I had always had a good experience. All I can say is, go elsewhere. Don’t just walk away – run away!

. Walked in but the person available could only do basic cuts and I was asking for my hair to be cut at an angle so they asked if I could return the next day. Called the next day to schedule and they said there was no one available and only the same person was there. Not sure why they would all me to return when there was not going to be someone there to cut my hair.
