Intrend Studio Hair Nail Lashes

Positive: Professionalism, QualityQ_Hair_NailStudio is by far one of the best in San Gabriel. I consistently get my eyelashes filled there after originally getting them done at another salon. When I went there for the first time, I will be honest in saying I was delighted of the establishment as it does have the glitz and glamour that other salons have. I went in for an eyelash fill and they had to completely re-do my eyelashes because they were so poorly done the first time at another salon. Not only did she re-do them, but she took her time (2 1/2+ hours) and did not charge me more than the fee for a regular fill. She should have charged me full price for a new set, but clearly she values her customer’s satisfaction. If you are looking to go to a place for a quick fill or a quick new set of eyelashes, Q_Hair_Nailstudio is not the place, because they take time with each individual client to make sure the result is nothing short of perfect. I work odd hours as a sales rep, and I called to schedule an eyelash fill. I asked if she had anything in the evening, and she said I could come in at 6pm even though they close at 7pm. She was MORE than willing to stay late for me even though her salon is probably the only salon open as late as it is. There was a client before me who she also stayed late for. That is TRUE customer service and generosity. I would recommend this salon to absolutely everyone! Have full confidence that you will be taken care of and completely satisfied. I cannot even explain how elated I am feeling having exactly what I wanted done with my hair, actually being done. Not only did Qhairnail studio fix what another stylist had done improperly (the stylist fried my hair then did extensions that she sold as nbr, but come to find out, they were not), she far exceeded my expectations. The color, the cut, then the install of the nbr extensions…flawless! First things first…I have to tell you all, I have never walked out of a hair appointment completely satisfied…until today. I cannot even explain how elated I am feeling having exactly what I wanted done with my hair, actually being done. I don’t know how many times I’ve left salons feeling so disappointed, only to later go home and try to “fix” it myself. Too many times to count. This experience was the complete opposite.
