Tommy was great. He’s very authentic and down to earth. He likes to get to know you as a customer unlike some places where they don’t care or talk to you. This is my second time going there.. the first photo is what I got done today. The second photo was my first time at the salon and I asked for black and orange and a cat to be drawn on it.(my son picked it out.)

The nail tech (Leanna) did a wonderful job on the French nail pedicure, but I was sent to (Gen) for the manicure. Horrible experience. Gen filed my nails with a back forth strokes, no one is to perform this, unacceptable! She then used a smoothing tool which was hurting the nail beds. She was told to stop. She finally understood I didn’t want this cause it was hurting, she then picked up the sponge to smooth and it was better, but too late I was already in pain. She then put the polish on, and finally at the end the bubbles began to form. I was done!!! Patrons pay too much money in these establishments to get shotty service. I don’t think I’ll be back. Buyer beware.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went to get simple, short, matte black acrylics. My time in the chair was so rushed, took maybe 25 minutes total. The first 4 pictures are my nails within 8hrs. I went back the next morning to have them fixed and the last picture is what I walked out with. I was so upset, and I didn’t want anyone else from there to touch my nails for the 3rd time. I asked for a refund and was told they have a no refund policy. I feel that after 2 failed sets, I should be able to get a refund. They had great costumer service. You get in their and it’s like they already know you! They are so sweet and theirs never an awkward moment. My nails look awesome and didn’t take long at all not to mention it’s very inexpensive for the experience and worth it!!

Had a really bad experience at another nail salon out here, and I had been driving to Denver to get services done. I was hesitant about going here bc some of the reviews aren’t great, but I’m not sure why the place Was busy and it seemed like they had a lot of regulars. Jin, the lady who did my feet did a wonderful job, honestly haven’t had a pedicure this good in a long time and the gentleman that did my nails (didn’t catch his name) did a great job with my dip. I showed him a picture and he did exactly what I wanted. I only wish my nails weren’t so short from previous breakage to show off the excellent work. Will def go back

I had a manicure and pedicure yesterday. Pedicure felt good at the time but today my toe nail hurts when the surface of the nail touches my shoe. Normally when I come here I have great experiences, but unfortunately this time I did not. Yes she was nice, listened well, and did what I asked. However, not even a week in and the nails started coming off. It’s now been over a week and all the nails have come off. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never experienced this. I would understand it happening if I was at work but I’m on maternity leave and don’t do a whole lot (besides running after a toddler and take care of a baby) so they shouldn’t have popped off at the rate that they did. I’d still recommend this business but just a manicure instead of acrylics.
