International Look Hair Salon

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo NOT go here. I went in and had my hair colored and immediately noticed the patchiness while in the salon and was told to wait a week and if it hadn’t evened out to come back in. Well because of the coronavirus everything closed down two days later and i was left with horribly patchy hair and as an essential worker who is seen everyday i had no choice but to color it myself just to even it out. When things opened back up i called and asked how we could remedy the situation because i felt my money had been wasted and said i was willing to just take a regular hair cut so that i still got something out of my money. She completely ignored this suggestion and just gave me the price for corrective coloring and i explained that i didn’t want to pay any more money i just want to get my moneys worth through a cut or get a refund on the original color and was refused!! The circumstances of this situation were unprecedented and instead of taking an hour out of her time to cut my hair as a way of making up for what i paid i was met with rudeness and no understanding! The people here are unprofessional and if you don’t like the finished product they don’t care because they already have their money.Do NOT go here.
