Critical: QualityVERY OVERPRICED AND THE COLOR WASNT EVEN WHAT I WANTED . I payed 350 to fix my hair that was already blonde , they basically only bleached my roots and charged me that ridiculous price . I could’ve did it myself .I wanted a brighter blonde and they gave me grey !!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis Salon is very unprofessional and unsanitary. The stylist refused to wash her hands before styling my hair right after she just finished touching and playing with her co worker’s dog. This salon is breaking several healthcare regulations. One phone call and this place will be shut down. You do not have a dog roaming around a beauty salon it is a health hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I love everything about this place. AWESOME SERVICES and great prices. Roberto and Cesar are truly professionals. I have purchased and had hair extensions install by them. Hair Botox, make-up, eyelashes all done by them. I started going to them 4 years ago and I have NEVER been any where else ever since.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called to book an appointment and was asked to come in for a consultation. I was seen by one of the two very flamboyant and conceited males (the bald one). He took a look at my hair and asked to know the reason for my visit. He asked me to wait without telling me how long of a wait. While I waited, I searched online for the color I wanted. After waiting an HOUR, he proceeded to examine my hair for a SECOND TIME and with a KNOW IT ALL, YOU NEED ME ATTITUDE, he told me out in the open, that he thought my hair was damaged and too weak for him to work with. “Wait! WTH, I thought I was consulting with a professional?” In my opinion, he was super unprofessional, insensitive and discriminatory. It was obvious to me that HE PERFERS to “service” individuals with a certain look/image, of a certain SIZE and of a certain AGE group.
