This is my go-to barber shop. Every time I go in I’m greeted by a welcoming and enthusiastic staff and great music. You will not have to wait long or uncomfortably on their couch. They even offer refreshments. However, twice in the past 6 months they really messed up. First time I just went for a buzz cut, i mentioned not to touch the beard. I was growing my beard (about 2 1/2 months in) and buzzzz there it goes. I had to re do it at home. Today, I went in for a cut. I was growing out the top and wanted the sides and the back cleaned up and buzzzz there is goes, another buzz cut for me. I had got my beard done at a specialist earlier in the day and told my International barber not to touch it. Halfway though, (after the buzz off up top) BOOM he is relining and condition the beard cut I got cut and conditioned literally 2 hours before. I was visibly upset both times and both times I awkwardly ended up paying full price. I love this place and the staff is very skilled. But they got 2 strikes in my book. 1 more and I’m outta there for good.
