Scheduled 2 separate appointments for my 2 sons and both were accepted on 3/22/22. One with Nick for 3:30 and the other with Grazy at 3:30. I received another text message the day of the appointments at 11:30 that Nick canceled the appointment! I called and spoke with the owner I assume and he asked if someone could pick up the cancelled appointment. Grazy accepted thankfully. I dropped my husband and boys off at 3:30 and returned at 4:00 to find that neither one of my boys had been even started! I explained my disappointment and heard great things about this barbershop but at 4:13 Grazy was still with her previous client, we left and unfortunately will not return awful customer service and experience.

But I can say based on my personal experience that not only these guys know what they are doing, but they are also very clean and friendly. I had a great haircut for a fair price, and it has that friendly hometown barbershop feeling. I have probably visited almost all barbershop on the Cape, most places either I got an awful haircut, or it just felt awkward because of the “strange” atmosphere. But I can say based on my personal experience that not only these guys know what they are doing, but they are also very clean and friendly.
