What a great experience I had, it was my very first time doing anything like this and i was very nervous upon arriving. Mercedes who helped me out was a sweetheart and made my visit a very enjoyable one. Not only did she calm my nerves down but she was very informative and pacient and kind for my first time visiting. After an experience like this, I definitely recommend it to anyone who is curious or needs a good system cleanse as there are many benefits to this practice. I definitely will be going back for a second visit thank you Mercedes for all your help there.

Booked an appointment and went to the address provided in the email to find out that it was the wrong location. A bothersome but simple mistake, fair enough. How it was handled, however, is what I found to be quite annoying. The customer service was horrible. I was being calm and trying to work with them to figure it out. Anyone else would have been livid, I’m sure. Was not even offered another appointment time. They really didn’t seem to care. Not only that but the location I did go to seemed very dingy. So, kind of glad it didn’t work out. If I’m going to have a colonic, which is a dirty enough job as it is, I want to feel like I’m in a clean and sanitary place. Didn’t get that feeling.
