First time going to Internal Spa. At first I was very nervous but Kristen makes you feel so comfortable and walks you through everything, she answered all my questions. Great service, ill be going back for sure. After i was done I fell so good, no cramping no pain and no bloating. 100% recommended.

My experience here changed my mind on colonics. I had a really bad experience in the past at a different place that left me in tears and feeling terrible, but this one at Internal Spa (San Jose location) was SO much better and I’ve already made my appointment to come back. She walked me through the process, went at my pace, made sure I was comfortable and feeling safe, and really helped me out. The process wasn’t painful and I felt very taken care of. Thank you!

This place is great because of Lisa. My husband and I have had two colon hydrotherapy sessions with her and she’s great. She was very patient, kind and helpful. She made us feel relaxed and explained everything in detail. The place is comfortable and relaxing.
