I had a wonderful appointment with a great massage therapist but it was ruined by spa owners texts. She had the notification on loud and you would think she would be considerate of clients peaceful time. The loud texts went on for a good 30 minutes. Massage therapist said this happens all the time.

Booked the party room for 4. It was decorated beautifully and really comfortable and clean. My friends and I got our massages together and were able to snack and chat for awhile. Everyone was super sweet and friendly. Maybe someone’s young daughter works or helps in the office and she was darling, such a charmer, brought us candy as we were leaving. All in all, expectations exceeded and will definitely be back!

I made an appointment online based on reviews. I received a text confirming my appointment, which I did. Then about an hour before I showed up I received an email saying my appointment was switched to a different therapist. I got there, rang the bell, and received a brash, Do you have an appointment? Not even a ‘hello’. Turns out, she was the one who who was doing the massage. The doorbell rang during the massage she left to answer it, also, please don’t allow your therapists to have their phones with them, because a one-handed half hearted massage doesn’t go well. I left tense and upset, I will NOT be going back.

We went into a waiting room area with a nice large couch, tv, and nice ambience. We were then escorted upstairs to a large room with an area for the massages as well as a seating area for us to lounge and finish our champagne. Heather was awesome. Her customer service was on point as well as her technique. They used hot stones and foot scrub which was a nice added bonus. We went into a waiting room area with a nice large couch, tv, and nice ambience. Don’t let the outside of the building and the lobby fool you. Once you get past the reception area and through the doors it is so beautiful. There is a relaxation room where they have chocolates and drinks waiting for you, and when they lead you to the massage area it is a large dimmed room with two large massage tables and beautiful soft music playing. The massage therapists did a great job, and they were so relaxing. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location that frequently offers affordable specials for those looking for a luxury experience whether they are on a budget or not. The owner who is also a masseuse does an amazing job. He has magic fingers that instantly begin to ease and smooth tension and stress in your body. I highly recommend him! I treated my Aunt and Mother for a girls spa day after the holidays and he, Jane, and another masseuse (younger man) were professional, hardworking and kind. I definitely plan on returning!!

Kevin and the team there are Phenomenal! I took my daughter and son in law to celebrate both their birthdays and was actually their first experience and they fell in “love”…. I couldn’t have taken them anywhere better because here is where they felt at home. This place is now considered their first love and I know they will always compare other places to their first love and I guarantee NO PLACE will ever beat it! My husband and I always get massages and Spa At La Bella is definitely my favorite and will be making it my home away from home from now on. My massage today and the hospitality we got was amazing! AMAZING. My girlfriend and I do the couples massage with champagne and chocolates and it never disappoints. I want to say we come here a minimum of 10 times a year. We absolutely love the staff and of course the service provided. Do not hesitate to book and try it out yourself.
