Kris Ann is amazing! I started going to Kris Ann I believe the beginning part of 2021. I tell her what is going on and she will find out where it’s caused from. For instance I was having shoulder issues, came to find out it wasn’t the muscles, it was a tendon that was super tight and giving me all my problems.

I was a little wary because I’m accustomed to visiting the salon for my massages so visiting a small office was new tome. The people working were so friendly and Lance (my masseuse) did a FABULOUS job with my one hour massage! They were running a special so it was only $45 and it was the best $45 I’ve spent! I will definitely be back when I’m in town next.

I love going to Integrity Massage because I know I will always feel great when I leave no matter how I felt when I arrive. Take Thursday for example; I had a pretty good morning. I went to the gym to walk a mile then did some upper body work. I must have over done something as my neck and shoulders were tight and hurting. On my drive to Integrity, I began getting a head ache. Lance, my therapist, worked me over focusing on my neck and shoulders. We usually talk, but today it felt so good I just laid there with my eyes shut soaking it up. Later, he told me he focused on those spots because, “it looked like you really needed that. He could tell. All the therapists are that good.

They sell gift certificates that expire in less then 6 months which is highly illegal! They will then try to charge an additional fee to use them. They stole $100 from me like this! Also the massage is mediocre at very best…okay if no other choices in the world!
