Critical: QualityHad an appointment scheduled. While waiting, I observed the client in the chair before me was not wearing a mask, as mandated for our county. She did not have one on all the 15 minutes I was waiting and left without putting it on. I asked the nail tech if this was standard practice and he told me that she complained of wearing it because it was too hot. Informed me that she works from home so doesn’t go anywhere so should be safe. That is not how this virus works and she obviously goes places because she was at your salon. She did not have one on all the 15 minutes I was waiting and left without putting it on. I have come to Intégrité for all different types of treatments—manicures and pedicures, haircuts, waxing, etc., and they never fail to make me feel great after each of my appointments. I always have Thi do my nails, and he’s extremely thorough and makes sure to pay attention to every aspect of your nails during a manicure and pedicure. Santiago is a great hairstylist, especially if you’re like me and just want a quick but high-quality haircut. I got a Brazilian wax with Jasmine, and she made it quick and painless. Above all, all of them are kind and make you feel cared for during appointments. Though these are definitely my favorite people to go to, I am sure that everyone who provides services at Intégrité will make sure to take care of you as best as they possibly can!
