As someone who does relatively hard labor my body has quite a few points of tension. Ive struggled with tension headaches and tmj pain for years and as a horseback rider my hips have always been somewhat out of place. After just a couple sessions my pain dropped drastically. Destiny is very knowledgeable and a great puzzle solver. She will also take things at your own pace and wait until you’re comfortable before moving on. I really appreciate all she had done for me as I can finally move without pain after years of ignoring it.
