I decided to gift it to my mom but asked that they just extend the message time and not do any of the spa soak or salt glow. Not only did they call me almost a half hour early to see why I was not there for my appointment because they had the time down wrong, but they also did the salt glow which requires a tub soak to rinse off. They put the candles entirely too close to their spa tub and caught my poor moms hair on fire. She was in shock and didn’t realize how bad it was because she couldn’t see and just wanted to leave. The lady was apologetic but offered no other amends. Why in the world would you have candles so incredibly close to where people are relaxing in a tub?? Very disappointed with this entire experience and having left a message for the manager or owner to call me, I hope they make this as right as they can. My poor mom now has a massive bald spot on the back of her head and is devastated seeing how bad it really was.Updating to add that after making multiple phone calls during open hours and leaving messages asking for a returned phone call because no one would ever answer, I never received any type of communication from the spa.I had a gift card for the ultra service.
