This was my first professional massage I’ve ever received, and it was lovely. They cultivated a respectful and calm atmosphere, very clean and simple so your brain could easily relax without any visual clutter. I had a fantastic masseuse who asked about and listened to my needs and concerns, who was also very flexible with changing up her routine for me. The only issue throughout the whole thing was that she skimmed through my order and missed a couple add-ons, which I had forgotten about until halfway through. However, when I did remember and mentioned it, she immediately jumped in to doing what she could (it was too late for the hot neck towel, so we went with the hot neck stones instead) and I did receive the cbd balm as well. So that issue was solved easily and I couldn’t be happier about it! The massage itself was everything it needed to be, and I was told about some exercises and stretches I could do at home that would help me stay on top of my pain.
