Once again very unprofessional… Lynn had a family emergency. She left for the day. Instead of calling me to reschedule they let me take off work and proceed to the office to be told she had a family emergency. Front desk Jasmine was very rude to the person she had on the phone and me. She rudely opened her mouth while I was talking to the receptionist who was checking me in. She should have finished her conversation on the phone and then if she had something to add to our conversation then that would of been the appropriate time.. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this office. Manager was very rude on my first issue. I know this for sure Lynn is great and I feel sorry for her because she looses a lot of business because of this. I know I will not be returning after my treatment I’ve payed for is done…

I scheduled an appointment with this dermatology practice weeks in advance. Multiple times throughout the time between when I scheduled and the actual appointment I received text and email communications stating the strict attendance and timeliness policies of the practice MUST be adhered to. Upon arriving 10 minutes EARLY for my appointment I was informed that the practitioner was running behind and that I would be required to wait a MINIMUM of 1 hour in order to see the doctor. The appointment time was at 1:40pm on 9/20. I had to take time off of work, losing hours at my job, to drive across town to be told that I would either have to wait an exorbitant amount of time, or reschedule in order to see the doctor. This is unacceptable. The loss of time at my job has real consequences for me that the doctor does not seem to feel or care about. A simple phone call informing me of the delay would have been more than enough to prevent all of this from happening. Instead, I didn’t even receive an apology. As I was going down the elevator to get back in my vehicle and return to my job, I received a phone call from the practice asking me if I was on my way to my 1:40pm appointment. I was literally just standing in their office IN PERSON only moments before. These guys are a joke and I wonder if they can’t adhere to a schedule or be courteous of others, why in the world would ANYONE want them performing medicine on them??? Outrageous.

Julie is great and punctual! Office is clean. Only reason for a 4 is due to thier billing system charges almost any of it under surgery and surgeon. I like Julie’s quickness but she could slow down talking just a second.

I was looking for a new dermatologist because my previous one retired. First appointment today at this office with Kevin, PA. He was AMAZING! Listened to my concerns and was extremely informative. Unrushed service. Great staff and very welcoming environment! No long wait times. I’ve found my new derm home!

Arrived 6 minutes late and waited 5 minutes in line to check in and was told because I was 11 minutes late they couldn’t see me. Even though I arrived the before the 10 minute grace period they give you. That is not much grace for patients traveling 40 plus minutes to make it to an appointment only to be turned away for being 6 minutes late. If you schedule an appointment please arrive on time or they will turn you away.
