This is not a medical practice. This is for cosmetics. There is no physician on-site overseeing the practice. There is a PA, which is fine if they actually treated the appointments in a medical manner. They spend as little time as possible in the annual skin exams. They don’t ask about medical history (father with melanoma), changes in patients medical conditions, new medicines one is on, etc. I had many changes since I had been there last; I wrote up a list of changes and new medicines. I offered it to look at but they didn’t. I brought up a concern about swelling around my eyes likely due to a new medical condition. He sold me a $98 cosmetic cream. It made it worse and I complained and asked for a refund, but they said it takes 4-6 weeks to work.

Never again will I go see Dr Spencer, he misdiagnosed me, took one look at my issue, spent maybe 5 minutes in the room, didn’t do any testing. When my PCP mentioned this to him he didn’t seem to care.

Worst place ever. Went to this place and all you ever see is the PA never get to see an actual doctor. Had dry skin problems on my hands and feet so what does the PA do send me to the allergy doctor in Grand Junction. They do the test and when its done they say I allergies to some things. OK since when does that only affect only hands and feet if it was allergies????? ($1,000.00 lost) Maybe if you actually cared about your patients you would have done a skin biopsy you would have realized it was psoriasis. If your not sure about the PA’s recoomendations please get a second opinion from another dermatologist you won’t regret it. Good luck if you do go to Intergrated because you only get to see the PA that has no clue what he is doing.
