I’ve had great experiences with this practice. Reception is always friendly both on the phone and in person. Kelly PA has been very dedicated to following up with me, between phone calls and squeezing me in to her schedule. I feel they’ve been very dedicated to my care and I would highly recommend them. I so appreciate her fitting me in to her already busy schedule, sometimes appointments running late is just the nature of things and I don’t mind. I don’t feel rushed in the exam rooms and she is very empathetic.

If there was a zero I would rate them as such…They are the worst Dermatology practice I have encountered ever. My son is on a strong medication for his acne for 3 months and every time there is an issue. They put the blame elsewhere instead of accepting their fault and trying to rectify the situation. They don’t educate patients well at all. They are glad to take your money but God forbid they do what they have all been trained to do in were in school! EDUCATE, INFORM PATIENTS SO PATIENTS DO THE RIGHT THING. Problems are less if one took the time and they don’t. Do not go to Integrated Dermatology. Not worth the headache.

This is the WORST place you could pick for your skin care needs. Exxtremeeelyyy UNPROFESSIONAL. They cancel existing Appointments for absolutely no good reason. Then take it upon themselves to reschedule at a later date without YOUR consent. Staff & Physicians are just BOTTOM of the BARREL if you’re looking for someone that takes their job & profession seriously. If I could give this rating a below 0 it would still not be low enough. Disgusting & disturbing Practice in My Honest Opinion.

I work in a doctor’s office and I know good practices, what I experienced at this office is unacceptable. Aside from them rescheduling multiple appointments of mine over the 5 years I’ve been going here, plus shuffling me around to different PAs, nurses and doctors, and despite the long wait time at every appointment (average 1 hour from scheduled appt time to when I see the doctor), I’ve never complained. This week the entire staff did a poor job of handling an oversight by Dr. McCusker. She was to freeze off four precancerous spots, but missed one. The office made NO effort to correct this oversight, quite the opposite, they acted as if it was my fault. More than 48 hours have now passed since my 1st voice mail message to Dr. McCusker, she has yet to reply to any of my attempts to contact her. The front desk staff accused me of trying to fudge billing because I didn’t want to pay another copay plus another office visit that they insisted was the only way I was getting that 4th spot removed – 1.5 MONTHS from now with a different PA because Dr. is booked out over a year and “she never gets a cancelation”! I simply wanted my medical treatment completed from my visit. You can’t leave a job partially done. They said they don’t take walk-ins, I explained I was not a walk-in, I wanted my procedure from previous day finished and since nobody called me back, I came in (before office hours). More details I won’t even elaborate on this review, but very unprofessional on so many levels. They were very difficult to deal with, even though it was their oversight. They had no desire to fix the problem that they created.

Great experience at this office. Well organized, professional staff. Sometimes they run late but that is the nature of medical offices. Some patients need extra time with the provider and that will set back the schedule. Nice they are able to do biopsies on the first visit and not have to make another appointment for the procedure. Dermatology is often very difficult to get an appointment but it is not the offices fault. Better to see an office that is busy than a doctor that has no patients and you can get in the same day. Doctor Meagan Marcy McCusker recently treated me at both the Enfield office and the branch office in Simsbury. My experience with Doctor McCusker has been terrific and I would highly recommend her and then entire staff. Prior to my procedure, she helped me feel comforted and introduced me to the staff members. She proved to be highly professional in manner, and yet she made it very easy to understand the medical situation, procedures, methods etc. She took the extra couple minutes to make sure to personally hand me off to her staff for making future appointments etc.

I will never go to this place again. If it had a negative star that is what I’d rate them. I had appt today after they rescheduled my first appt due to a snow storm. I didn’t bring Proof of updated insurance as my company got bought out but had same Provider just different group number on it. The new card was stored on my phone as they are electronic now( I forgot my phone at home)I was immediately asked to reschedule. Staff did let me use there phone once, to call for insurance#. I asked to use the phone again to the call insurance provider as first attempt was unsuccessful and they said they needed there phones for incoming business. Well you just lost business because of this. Way to treat your patients folks! Customer service is lacking at this business. I’m almost positive you have a phone in the office to help a patient that forgot there phone wow just wow!

My father now has had appointments cancelled twice by this place and the office claims that he called to cancel it which is completely untrue. He even has received texts to confirm the appointment which he did but after driving a half hour with these crazy gas prices, they tell him that he has to come back another time. Somebody here clearly is not doing their job properly and trying to blame it on the customers.

They don’t answer the phone. Tried making an appointment. Was on hold for literally 30 minutes and then got disconnected/hung up on three times. Went to schedule an appointment in person. Was told you should call to make an appointment. Yeah, right. Needed an “urgent” appointment, with a referral from urgent care. Receptionist says, “We are looking at July or August.” I showed her on the referral that I needed an urgent appointment. She said, “We have cancer patients who can’t get in to be seen.” I have never been treated so rudely by a “professional.” Absolutely ridiculous!!! And she spoke so with such attitude. It was 8:15 am. So obviously she arrived at work with that attitude. Definitely would NOT recommend this office. Unfortunately, I do like the doctors there but will NOT return. Highly recommend finding another dermatologist!!!
