Eucalyptus sauna was amazing and a very enjoyable experience before getting our deep tissue massage. We had a 90-minute massage that was one of the best I’ve had. Staff are friendly and very good. Only feedback would be for a little more direction on what to do when it’s your first time visiting, but overall we left feeling well cared for and rejuvenated-Perfect feeling after a week of snowboarding in Monarch!

I have loved this place since day one. Always such a relaxing and cheerful atmosphere. A year after my husband and I moved here I found and joined the gym. It was perfect for adding extra weight to my workouts kettlebells dumbbells barbell and great cardio machines. My massage with Toni was amazing she really knows her stuff! I moved back to Salida from Seattle in the summer of 2016, and the first thing I did was become a member of the Integrate “Healthy Lifestyle” program. Integrate has truly changed my life for the better, and I am so grateful. I have taken full advantage of my membership by utilizing the Structural Integration/ROLFING (10-series), Massage and light therapy, Acupuncture, Yoga classes, Thai Chi, Ski Conditioning, Steam Room, Far Infrared Sauna, and my friends and I LOVE the Rooftop Bar! I am so happy to have such an incredible business here in our great little town! The staff at Integrate provide the best customer service in Salida, and they always go above and beyond to help me out with all my questions and requests. The prices for body work and exercise classes are extremely reasonable, and I know I always get my money’s worth out of every experience. When my friends and family visit, I insist they visit Integrate for a massage, facial, yoga class, and sauna! Integrate is a great place to get centered, stay strong, and relax after a great day skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or shopping in Salida Colorado! You guys are the best! Thank you.

The practitioners that treated me were all very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, and sent me home feeling awesome. If you have to travel a little ways it’s worth the trip to have expertise in acupuncture, rolfing, massage, fitness training, or yoga right here in the Salida. I left happy and pain free!

I return to Salida each year and was able to complete the 10 series Rolfing with Gene while I was in Salida for an extended stay. It helped me feel and move like I was 10 years younger!
