I called on a Monday to see if they would have time on a Saturday morning to do 5 pedicures for myself and my sisters for a wedding. Expecting no availability because it seems like all the places by me are low staff and can not accommodate that many pedicures with short notice. They said yes yes come in. We sprang a surprise and added one more pedicure and a full set of acrylics. We received the best care. Lots of laughs and felt like we were their top priority! My sister and I had our little babies and felt it was clean enough to let them crawl on the floor. The techs would laugh and try to make them happy when one would fuss. Now honestly the best part of all was the prices! Where we are from I can’t walk out with out spending under $80 on a pedicure…I paid for 2 pedicures and gel polish on my hands and it was $85!! So worth it! Yes they didn’t do manicure with the polish on but it’s typical to not have that done as then the polish won’t stick. I definitely recommend Instyle!!

the services are poor, and if you ask them to repair something you don’t like, they start talking to each other in another language… it always seems like they’re talking about you, they’re rude and don’t know how to express themselves, it’s hard to understand… they ask as long as you pay in cash and they don’t give you a receipt. I was ACTUALLY AT the salon at the time of the previous complaint. The owner had every right to ask that obnoxious customer to take her business elsewhere. This customer did have to wait but she had no right to bad mouth the salon at such a great volume and length on her cell phone while waiting! We all listened to her go on and on (approx. 20 minutes) about how angry she was and we all heard her ask her friend to leave a bad review. I’m pretty sure “Anastasia” was the gal on the other end of that horrible woman’s phone call. She never stepped foot in the salon that day and was not privy to the rudeness we all had to endure from the customer. There is no way anyone there who had to listen to her wouldn’t understand that. She walked in with a problem and viciously shared it with EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE.

I’ve been going to Instyle for years now & I always leave happy. They listen to what I want and never rush me (I take a lot of time). This salon does get very busy because they have the same clients coming back for years. It may not look like the prettiest salon in town but it’s because they don’t charge you an arm & a leg. I’ve learned my lesson trying other salons and come back to instyle every time!!!

This salon is horrible. The owner is horrible to customers and her staff. We had schedule appointments for 5, weeks in advance. When we arrived at the salon the owner was not on time to open the store. We were not even acknowledged as customers and treated rudely right upon arrival. The owner had made a mistake and forgot to write out appointments in the book and she was severely overbooked. Instead of apologizing for her behavior when I called to complain she screamed on the phone “OH MY GOD YOU WANT AN APOLOGY?!”… the other white customers who came in were greeted, treated respectfully and were given notification that they would be a bit of a wait. When I walked in I was not even addressed by the owner and was in fact rushed out of the chair so another Customer could start her pedicure even though the other stations were available. When I confronted the owner and asked why the white women who came in were greeted and treated respectfully – I was screamed at and accused of not keeping appointments in the past. Owner is an out right raciest and treats people horrible!! I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

I do not recommend this shop. The owner and the employees are quite rude (with one exception). My last visit involved me having to come back in to have two nails fixed because the gel polish was bubbling, and I had just had them done two hours prior. Because I was on my way to somewhere right after, I had to bring my 5 year old son along. After much complaining from the owner, they finally agreed to fix my nails… reluctantly. They used a hand buffer and put a new top coat over it. Needless to say it didn’t fix the bubble in my polish. Nor did they even care. The final straw was when the owner asked my son what his name was. He told her and she proceeded to tell him he had a girl’s name. The woman is beyond rude and does not even offer quality services. When you go in, you will be asked ridiculous questions about why you want that color instead of that one, why you want your nails that long or that short, why do you come in so often/so rarely…. it’s so unprofessional and uncomfortable. My mother went in for a manicure and pedicure and the owner was bold enough to charge her an extra ten dollars because it had been too long since her last appointment. My mother is almost 70 and only goes once per month. The most recent issue the owner has is that she doesn’t want people using debit or credit cards… if you do, you pay a higher price for your service. She will sit and complain forever about how much money she loses because of credit and debit card usage. Problem solved, I just won’t come in.
