I came to this place because it had such great reviews and honestly I don’t understand how. I called ahead of time to make an appointment for my nails and I stated I wanted medium length ombré done when I made my appointment o make sure they can do for me. Once I got to the salon, I showed a picture to the mail lady to show her what color ombré I wanted done and she told me she doesn’t have time to do an ombré. I told her that when I called to make my appointment a couple hours ago, I said I wanted to do ombré and the lady over the phone said it was fine. Then she told me to change and just do one color and I said no I really want the ombré. She was also speaking to me in a very rude tone and kept insisting for me to do one color. She started speaking to her co worker in a foreign language as if she was speaking badly about me, so I mentioned politely that I can go to a different place if she can’t do the ombré. At this point I was frustrated, but I was trying to be as calm and polite while her and her co worker we’re looking at me and talking about me in a foreign language. She then grabs my hand and start buffing it, and I ask her if she’s going to be able to do it and she completely ignores me. And as she’s buffing my hand, she asks me if I want the medium length like how it is in the picture, and I tell her yes and then tells me that my nails are short for that length and I let her know that I always get my nails done that length and longer and It’s fine to just continue. Then she continuously insists that I don’t do that length and I kept repeating myself that I always get my nails done that way. At this point I really felt UNWELCOMED to the place. She then tells me she can’t do my nails, and to leave! She then tells me to come back tomorrow as I was packing my things up. LIKE WHY WOULD I COME BACK AFTER SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also they were busy there was one other person than me. I honestly have never experienced anything like this. NEVER COME HERE. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. I went here after a recommendation from a gal at my bank, and I’m so glad I did! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I never feel rushed. My nails and toes always look WONDERFUL, and in my opinion the prices are very reasonable for the services provided. I love that they do a sugar scrub, as well as a hot stone massage w/heated lotion AND my choice of essential oil for the pedicures. I never plan to go anywhere else to get my nails done.

I love it here! The staff is so nice, do an excellent job with my powder dip nails, and they don’t make me feel guilty if I have to use a credit card. Although i don’t partake, they serve wine as well! Will continue to go to Instyle Nails for sure!
