Critical: PunctualityDisappointed ******Arrived for my 12:00pm Pedicure and Gel polish change appointment with Jenny… I waited 40 minutes to be seated in the Pedicure chair. I understand that the salon can get backed up from time to time but I was mostly disappointed with the fact that after sitting an additional 10 minutes, I was approached by the elder lady and she asked me if I was getting a Pedicure? I advised her that I have a 12pm appointment with Jenny…..Jenny proceeded to ask me if the elderly lady could do my pedicure and she would do my nails…my response was NO. In the pass I have allowed the only elderly lady in the shop to service my Pedicure, in which she has not done a good job, and Jenny had to re-polish my toes.My issue is the fact that I made an appointment, in which I specified with Jenny for a reason. I didn’t expect to be tossed off to someone who has provided not so good service to me in the pass. The lack of respect for my time and my value as a customer gives me pause…The salon may need to work on overbooking.
