Critical: ProfessionalismI called and asked for availability for pedicure & was told to come in 20 minutes later! Great!! Get there & I was told I called their Temecula store & so I sat down to wait then on a chance I redialed the number & sure enough it was this store. If they would have recognized their mistake, I would have likely stayed but I’m not one that likes being lied to straight to my face. Get there & I was told I called their Temecula store & so I sat down to wait then on a chance I redialed the number & sure enough it was this store. If they would have recognized their mistake, I would have likely stayed but I’m not one that likes being lied to straight to my face. Took my business elsewhere.

I loved my nails the first time I came here but the last time I came here, I regretted it. The lady who was doing mine cut my nails way too short and then when I told her what shape I wanted, she said she couldn’t do them because they were so short. I let that go and tried something new but I did not end up liking them. Then a week after I got them done three of my nails had chipping nail polish. I got gel so they shouldn’t have chipped especially since I wear gloves for half of my day at work anyway.

On August 9, I visited this nail salon foe my first time the employees are wonderful the artist who did my designs for my feet did an excellent job. The pedicures prices are very affordable for anyone but the prices for a set of nails is a little to high for me. I would recommend trying the paraffin wax on feet

I got my nails done here about two weeks ago I will never go again I even went back in to get my nails re done to give them a second chance and they did not redo my nails like the lady on the phone said. All they did was fix the shape and still my nails r crooked. When I went back in to get my nails completely redone the guy at the front said because I picked the colors on my nails I had to keep them I truly tried to tell the girl that had originally done my nails exactly what I wanted and she could not understand what I was saying I don’t know the names of all the styles so I tried to show her a picture and still she did them wrong I asked just for light tan nails with clear at the top and coffin cut . And what I got was the tan I wanted at the tips and then sparkly all over and I had stated in the beginning I don’t want pink or glitter at all !! Now back to my second visit when I sat down after they told me I can’t get my nails the way I originally wanted they fixed the shape kinda and added a clear cot over my nails that are gel and the very next day all that clear has chipped off and now my nails look nasty and dirty because all the dirt is stuck to that clear cot he put on I really wanted my nails done for my 21 birthday because I wanted photos and I do makeup on my Instagram and use my nails in my eye pictures but I could not and did not post at all about my nails I never get them done and I’m so upset and disappointed

Very clean, affordable and professional. Tony did an amazing job on my pedicure and massaged my feet and legs for so long, it felt so great! The only thing is that there isn’t much of a color selection or the colors I liked were old and “goopy”. Will definitely make this my go to nail spa.
