I want to love this place but am not sure I can any more. We came 45 min early for our scheduled appts and although the nail techs accommodated us it was not incredible, or even great. This is the 2nd time in about 4 months that I’ve come here leaving really unsatisfied. I booked a reservation for 2 kid pedicure and 1 adult pedicure with the anticipation that I would be able to have a luxury spa pedicure, and that option was never offered to me, nor was any service other service. My children are 5 and 6 and wanted rainbow nails painted but the tech would not allow that to happen, instead telling my 6 year old she could only have 1 color which made her sad. Nail tech did not have control of shower head in toe tub which when she turned it on sprayed myself and my daughter. 3 pedicures in 45 minutes. My nail tech was rough and aggressive, and I was concerned my heels would be cut when using the callous tool. My toes are smeared, my toe nails were cut but there are still sharp edges on the corners of the nails. Toe polish was smeared when I got asked to move to sitting area with no mention of fixing or redoing the toes that got smeared. Polish on toes. Was initially told $35 for a kid pedicure, thankfully I was only charged $20. Pictures of smeared toes and their disposable sandals. Not sure I’m happy enough to go back.

I got my nails done here today and it was a wonderful experience! Hanna was my stylist. She gave me exactly what I asked for and was gentle and very friendly. I will definitely be going back here for my next service! Acrylic nails

This was the worse manicure and pedicure we have ever spent money on. We waited for so long and they took other people in before my sister and I who didn’t have appointments unlike us. They did a rushed job. They couldn’t get the jets to work , the water was cold and lady put the wrong color on my sisters toe nails. She did maybe a one minute massage. We won’t be going back and we were treated with disrespect by the owner. I will go to the other salon in Ferndale or one in Bellingham next time.

I have been there once before and it was great my polish lasted for a few months so I decided that I would go back this time it only lasted about 4 hours I will not be going back, they also had me pay before they were done and I tipped them

Went in for a full set. They got me started on time. I am sorry to say that it is the worst job I’ve seen in the 20 years I’ve had my nails done. There is a gap between my real nails and the acrylic. I dont know how you would even do that.
