Critical: QualityI got keratin treatment at this place, Initially they started forcing me to get hair color too but when I told them I was not interested they were pretty rude and the treatment didn’t even last a week. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went there to die my hair. It took 7-8 hours to do the job which they said would only take 5 hrs. But that was not the worse thing. The color faded away after ONLY 1 week. We came back to ask them to fix, but they said there was nothing they can do and it is how it works. They don’t know how to keep color last on your hair. I had to pay $220 + plus $40 on tips for a hair job that only last 1 week.What a joke!Plus: The old lady there was super super rude and they speak almost no English.Service: Hair coloringI went there to die my hair. I went there to die my hair. It took 7-8 hours to do the job which they said would only take 5 hrs. But that was not the worse thing. The color faded away after ONLY 1 week. Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment to get my hair colored today. I walked in and they took my temperature. They told me my temp. in Celsius and said it was too high. I checked the conversion for Fahrenheit and I was in the range of being able to get service. They had me waiting up to an HOUR just for them to not accept me. I had an appointment to get my hair colored today. I walked in and they took my temperature. They told me my temp. in Celsius and said it was too high. I checked the conversion for Fahrenheit and I was in the range of being able to get service. They had me waiting up to an HOUR just for them to not accept me.
