My car had broken down at this strip mall. Walked in just by chance waiting for a tow truck at around 10:30 in the morning, decided to see what the fuss everybody made about threaded eyebrows, it was probably the most pain I’ve had in my face. Now that a few days have passed my brows look fantastic. I also did get a trim and blow dry it looks great. Miss Roselynn provided phenomenal service. If I lived closer I would definitely go more frequently.

It takes a lot for me to EVER write a bad review but I just had too. I have been going to this place for a little bit now. Never had any problems and loved how they did my brows. I went in today and said I wanted my eyebrows threaded. As the lady was threading my brows not only did she manhandle my face but she used wax for the middle of my brows without letting me know. I looked at my brows after she was done and she over thinned my brows. Completely changed how my eyebrows looked. They have never been this thin. Never have I been so dissatisfied with someone who threaded my brows. I will no longer be going to this place.

There is only ONE lady here that I like – Roseline. She does my eyebrows and is really sweet. The owner is a CAPITAL B! She’s just rude and unfriendly. There’s NO customer appreciation either. You’d think they’d take better care of their loyal customers, but of course not. And if Roseline ever leaves I would NEVER come back.
