I got a manicure I wanted some nail art since it was going to be Valentine’s Day. I’m not sure if I was racially profiled by the lady because she asked me to pay before she started to paint my nails. The other lady started to comment no pay no nothing. Later on another customer who was white came in for a manicure as well. The lady started to work on her nails not asking her to pay. It was a bit upsetting not coming here again.

We absolutely love coming here! We used to have to go to different places for different services, like threadings, haircuts, and pedicures. Then we came here for our pedicures one day and all of the ladies that work here are just the sweetest so we ended up trying their other services as well and are hooked! Our experiences with other hair stylists is that they seem afraid to give their opinion, but our stylist takes what we want into consideration and gives feedback as to what might be good for our hair types and how to style it to look like how we want it to. They have very sanitary practices in regards to pedicures; their leg and foot massages leave us feeling refreshed and with very cute toes. I also love how clean my eyebrows look after getting them taken care of here; not only do they wax, they also trim and pluck to near perfection. Even if we move out of Davis, I believe we’ll always come back to In-Style when we have beauty needs.

This place is great! Very clean and all new chairs/equipment. The ladies were super nice and very accommodating, even gave me a pair of flip flops (real ones!) free of charge because they knew I had to go back to work ASAP. Prices are great and the pedicure was very high quality. Will definitely be returning.

Friendly staff, I went there for the first time with a positive expectation, based on the good reviews here and in the Facebook but ended up with negative experience. The lady who did my nails, was rather careless and inattentive, causing two small wounds, on the big toe and the third finger. When I was there one toe nail got chipped off once, which she fixed, and again as soon as I got out as there was no effective system for drying. I will not come back there.
