The website said walk-ins welcome, so we went in to check if they had any openings. The lady there was sitting at a table, chatting and putting together a puzzle. She told us she was “down a man” and had no openings so she suggested we go somewhere else without offering to make an appointment for another date or time. Her tone was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I would recommend going elsewhere for walk-in hair appointments.

This is the worst hair salon ever. I went there to get a balayage and Heather bleached almost half of my hair completely. I specifically said I didn’t want my hair to jump from dark brown to blond and even took a picture to give her an idea of what I wanted. I went back to ask for my money back and the owner ended screaming at me to leave. She called me back to apologize and returned half of what I spent. Terrible customer service, terrible people, so unprofessional. DON’T GO THERE. I’m rating them with one star but if I could rate them with less, I would.
