We offer all nail and pedicure and waxing options as well as Lash Extensions, Brow lamination and tinting including multiple facial and microdermabrasion treatments and peels. We are newly owned and operated as of November 2021. Please take into consideration the recent change of ownership and previous disgruntled employees when reading reviews.

One of the only 3 people in the building. 2 people working. Got a pedicure. Was the most rushed and unprofessional job. Didn’t clean the nails properly. Tools were all in a box together not cleaned just sprayed with alcohol before using. Didn’t seem to know like he knew what he was doing. Waste of $100. Will not be back.

Eh. It was okay. They were very rough on filing my nails and I have weird bumps on my nails like the filed too much down. Pic is a few days after my visit. Also had to listen to the employee/owner talking politics (2nd amendment and about the States becoming communists) which was a double no-no for me.

Under new owners. Everyone was just so sweet & extremely pleasant. Went Good Friday because everyone else was booked. They are just so great to work with. Very knowledgeable & extremely talented group of young ladies. So glad we went. I love the way mine came out. I like mine very simple. However they treat everyone like they are getting full sets. The talk to you & get to know what you like. They are definitely worth it… Will be a permanent customer. You guys are awesome!!

Walked in, 3 women who all apparently worked there? sitting in chairs giving me funny looks when i walked in. didn’t greet me or anything. I waited behind a man at the front desk, still no one speaking to me. 2 girls come in behind me, also not greeted and waiting. finally after standing there for 10-15 mins, one of the women says “do y’all have appointments?” when we say no, she proceeds to get a rude tone and ask what we were wanting and i wanted a gel pedi. and before the other 2 girls could say anything the mystery woman behind the front desk yells out “i’m not taking anymore the rest of the day”. i leave and when i get to my car i notice the other 2 girls didn’t leave behind me so i’m going to assume they took them as clients and not me. maybe a bad day for them but i will never go back there.

Well it started off well until someone comes in 45 min late for an appointment and you are put on the back burner. After soaking for 25 minutes, I figure I’m not a priority. Decided to wash my hands and leave. Charged for terrible service. Not everyone is retired and makes their own schedule. Thanks, but no thanks. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve had 3 experiences with this place, each time involving the individuals with disabilities that I support. All three of the guys like to get a manicure once a month and since this is the place closest to their home I figured we’d give it a try. The first two visits were pleasant, the workers did an excellent job and the individuals were happy with their experience. I try to keep an eye out for any awkward situations that I may need to step in and redirect, and I’ve yet to see anything even remotely awkward take place because of the individuals, especially anything that would cause tension. Truth is, the guys act better at vellagio than anywhere else to be honest. However, it wasn’t until today that I realized that both times that we’d gone before, we were the only customers. Today I took the guys for their monthly manicure and there were a few people inside getting their nails done. The main man looked at me and said “can you come back tomorrow when we’re not busy? These two will be my last ones for the day.” I didn’t think anything about it until we got outside and I noticed the closing time listed on the door wasn’t for another 8 hours. They had just opened a few hours prior to us getting there. I definitely feel as if he was embarrassed by my guys due to their disabilities and was trying to find a tactful way to keep us as customers without causing his other customers to feel uncomfortable due to the guys.
