I got the volcano pedicure and regular manicure and would HIGHLY recommend splurging to upgrade the pedicure. Seriously the best manicure/pedicure I’ve ever had! The employees here paid attention to every little detail during my services. I got the volcano pedicure and regular manicure and would HIGHLY recommend splurging to upgrade the pedicure. They took their time (I hate being rushed out of a nail salon) and I truly felt so relaxed at the end. I used to go to Oasis but I’ll be coming here from now on!

Critical: ProfessionalismCustomer service was poor from start to finish. Details- it used to be clean nice and somewhat friendly. Now, dusty careless and noisy. The Techs loudly talking over clients waiting which is not considerate. Techs talking on the phone during service. Just odd. No greeting when entered, no thank you for services no goodbye for me. What amazes me most is how many times they brush past and bumped my chair while I waited. I thought that wouldn’t happen in an empty salon with social distancing. My nail tech did an ok job and was tipped well. To be honest, the polish job was sort of sloppy and my cuticles bled, but she was the best part about the experience and she left early and didn’t cash me out. Her colleague did instead. I was completely ignored until I chose to leave. When I cashed out there was no gratitude or goodbye. I am really not accustomed to that behavior. When I said thank you and goodbye I was met with silence. Unfortunately, the customer Service was below basic and I believe it must be publicly known. Please consider my experience when choosing where to spend your hard earned money. Customer service was poor from start to finish. Details- it used to be clean nice and somewhat friendly. Now, dusty careless and noisy.
